About The Artist
Douglas Chandler Gallery art is rooted in faith and a deep love for God's creations. Doug's lifelong fascination with sharks began after seeing the movie, JAWS. It sparked a passion that continues to inspire his shark art today, while his creativity has also expanded to include other wildlife and marine animals.
His electric shark featured above was inspired by a great white shark iron on t-shirt he loved as a boy. Through his artwork, Doug hopes to share that same sense of wonder and excitement with others by offering originals, prints, canvas pieces, and t-shirts.
